"Maintaining Hope with PD" Agenda

Guest speakers include:

There will be opportunities to ask questions of the speakers and panelists.

The conference runs from 8:30am to noon. Please arrive about 8:30am to check-in, enjoy a continental breakfast, and look at some of the materials in the check-in area. Speakers will begin at 9am.

Register now!

While the conference is free (and includes continental breakfast), you must pre-register as space is limited and we want to be sure we have sufficient food and handouts for everyone.

If possible, please register by August 12th. That's the day we need to give a minimum headcount to the hotel.

Please register online now. After you click SUBMIT, you will see a thank-you page. That's the only confirmation you will receive.

You can register two people each time you visit that registration page. If you want to register for more than two people, feel free to email Robin Riddle [rriddle] with your registration info.

Note that we're asking for how many of you use a wheelchair, walker or cane, as we want to be sure we have adequate space between rows.

If you can't register online or send an email, then please contact Robin Riddle at the APDA Information & Referral Center at Stanford by phone at 650/724-6090.

The conference will be held at Hotel Cabana, which is also called the Crowne Plaza Palo Alto. The hotel's info is:

This conference is sponsored by a generous grant from the John A. Blume Foundation and the APDA Information & Referral Center at Stanford.

Additional conference sponsorship is being finalized, and we hope to announce that soon.
